Hellcat Billet Racing Belt Tensioner
Our Hellcat Racing Belt Tensioner is fabricated from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum and is designed and engineered using our custom springs, hardened steel shafts, needle, and thrust bearings. This is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock tensioner for the supercharger drive and with 35 LBS of spring tension, it is nearly twice as strong as the factory item.
This item is sold with a 72 MM x 10 Rib Double Bearing Grooved Billet Pulley (weighing 1 LB less than the stock pulley), a Billet Dust cover and all necessary mounting hardware. All components are anodized, providing a hardened finish for protection and to minimize belt wear.
In addition, we also offer a 73 MM x 10 Rib Double Bearing Smooth Billet Idler Pulley, which is designed to replace the steel idler from the factory. This too weighs 1 LB less than the factory pulley and includes a billet dust cover and mounting bolt. This can be purchased as part of our Hellcat Racing Belt Tensioner Kit. Finally, we offer ceramic bearings as an upgrade for any of our pulleys.
